Border checkpoint schedules adjusted for Tsagaan Sar

Checkpoints at the Russian border will be open on specific dates this week due to the upcoming Tsagaan Sar celebration and Russian holiday Defender of the Fatherland Day.  The schedule has been adjusted as follows:

• Tsagaan Lake–Tashanta border will be open on February 23, 27, and 28 and continue normal operations from March 1
• Khankh–Mondy border will be open from February 23 to March 1
• Ulikhan–Deed Ulikhan border will be open from February 23 to 28
• Borkhoo–Khandgait , Tes–Shar and Arts Suuri–Tsagaan Tolgoi borders will be open on February 27 and 28 and continue normal operations from March 1

Altanbulag–Kyakhta and Ereentsav–Solovevsk road checkpoints and Sukhbaatar–Naushki and Ereentsav–Solovevsk railway checkpoints at the Russian border will operate normally throughout the holidays.
