Cabinet made the following decisions on April 8. Cabinet granted right to sign the funding agreement the Solongo 1 and 2 apartment complexes to the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia through a soft loan from the Export-Import Bank of the Korea.

As part of efforts to reduce air pollution, Korea has agreed to provide a 500 million USD soft loan to the government of Mongolia. Accordingly, Cabinet planned to build Solongo 1 and 2, and Bayangolyn Am rental apartments for 7,000 households.

Concerning the suspension of international flights, Minister of Road and Transport Development B.Enkh-Amgalan delivered a report on financial difficulties of the aviation sector, specifically that of MIAT Mongolian Airlines, during the Cabinet meeting.

Cabinet resolved to submit the bill on museum to Parliament for approval. The bill is deemed necessary for building a legal system in line with global trends with regard to museums.
