During its regular meeting on April 15, the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Environment and Agriculture discussed the amendments to the Law on Food and Law on Food Safety with an attendance of 57.9 percent.

The standing committee decided to re-establish the working group to prepare and develop the bill for the main session. The working group will be headed by Lawmaker A.Sukhbat.

“The members of the standing committee and the working group have to get acquainted with the situation of spring sowing. There is a necessity to pay attention to grain resources and sufficiency,” said lawmaker J.Enkhbayar.

Members of Parliament L.Eldev-ochir, D.Terbishdagva, and Kh.Bolorchuluun expressed their views on the re-establishment of the working group.
