The Parliamentary Standing Committee on State Structure convened to discuss the revision of the Act of Parliament with an attendance of 52.6 percent on April 22.

The revision of Act of Parliament, initiated by lawmakers O.Baasankhuu and S.Byambatsogt, was introduced by S.Byambatsogt.

Noting the revision was developed with seven articles and 50 provisions, lawmaker S.Byambatsogt said, “The revision stipulates that the government action plan, the state budget and its activity report will be approved to harmonize development and national security policies.”

Lawmakers O.Baasankhuu, N.Enkhbold and D.Khayankhyarvaa expressed their views on the revision of Act of Parliament.

The majority of the members of the standing committee decided to introduce its proposals and conclusions at the plenary session for parliamentary review.
