The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Center (TVET) under the Mongolian National Federation of the Blind was established in 2015. Although it does not have a building, it has continued its activities without stop until now. In the future, the availability of classrooms was the most important to provide quality education to visually impaired people and to help them earn a source of income through employment. Therefore, with the funding of 250 million MNT from the Ministry of Education and Science, the old building of the TVET center was repaired and put into operation on April 22.

More than 80 blind citizens are receiving professional education in seven fields, such as technology specialists, therapeutic chiropractors, souvenir makers, and baristas in the TVET center. Also, there are about 10,000 blind and visually-impaired citizens in our country.
