The 11th international trade and investment conference and exhibition of Mongolia, China and Russia organized between August 30 and September 3 at the International Conference and Exhibition Hall of Erenhot, Inner Mongolia in the framework of expanding regional cooperation.

The theme of the international exhibition is “Let’s share opportunities, seek common development, and create prosperity together.” Conference presentations and discussions took place on the topics of improving the cross-border transport capacity among the countries, promoting cooperation in tourism, Mongolian-Chinese mineral trade, Mongolian, Chinese, and Russian agricultural production.

Head of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) T.Duuren participated in the event’s opening ceremony and emphasized in his speech the efficiency and importance of the construction of the central economic corridor, the Erenhot-Zamyn Uud-Altanbulag-Kyakhta highway project, as well as the expansion and improvement of the railway.

The event is taking place on a larger scale after four years of break due to the pandemic. There were more than 500 pavilions at the exhibition side,of which more than 100 enterprises from Mongolia presented their goods, products and services. More than 100 officials from Mongolia participated in the trade and investment forum, as well. Since 2009, trade and investment conferences and exhibitions of Mongolia, China and Russia have been held in Erenhot.
