Prime Minister of Mongolia Ch.Saikhanbileg has delivered a request to the Chairman of Democratic Party group in the Parliament, B.Garamgaibaatar, to dismiss members of the Justice Coalition - Deputy Minister Ts.Oyunbaatar, Minister of Construction and Urban Development Z.Bayanselenge, and Defense Minister Ts.Tsolmon - from their positions in the Cabinet. The Prime Minister’s request follows the dissolution of the Justice Coalition, the merging of the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party and the Mongolian National Democratic Party. The Mongolian National Democratic Party has said that it will support the Democratic Party in the 2016 parliamentary elections, and ministers put forward by the Justice Coalition should give up their positions if they want to compete in the forthcoming parliamentary elections on behalf of the Democratic Party. The following is a translation of the official letter from Ch.Saikhanbileg.To B.Garamgaibaatar, Chairman of the Democratic Party Group in Parliament Re: some Cabinet members As a result of the 2012 parliamentary elections, the Democratic Party - which took majority seats in the parliament - formed the Cabinet in collaboration with the Justice Coalition (the merging of the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party and Mongolian National Democratic Party) and the Civil Will - Green Party. Through political action taken when there are only around 40 days left before 2016's parliamentary election day, the Justice Coalition - who co-shaped the Cabinet -  has disbanded, and one of the members of the coalition, the Mongolian National Democratic Party, has reached a decision to participate in the 2016 parliamentary elections in support of the Democratic Party. Meanwhile, the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party has decided to compete in the elections independently. Therefore, under commonly held global standards and political culture, I have made the decision under my sovereign rights stated by law to make a request to Parliament to dismiss Deputy Minister Ts.Oyunbaatar, Minister of Construction and Urban Development Z.Bayanselenge, and Defense Minister Ts.Tsolmon from their positions in the Cabinet in the near future. Ch.Saikhanbileg, Prime Minister of Mongolia
