During a joint meeting of Parliament and Cabinet, Ts.Tsolmon was appointed State Secretary of the Office of the Parliament, following the resignation of B.Boldbaatar. Ts.Tsolmon, 43, is an alumni of the University of Exeter and Columbia University, holding a master's degree in law. He studied at Omsk Technology Technicum in  Russia from 1988 to 1992, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the National University of Mongolia in 1998. He entered public service in 1993 as a computer operator at the Office of Parliament in 1993.  He was a lecturer at the Law School at National University of Mongolia from 1998 to 2001, and served as the head of the Legal Policy Department of the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs from 2004 to 2013. Ts.Tsolmon also has five years of experience as an attorney.
