Mongolia, Russia, and China to test transit transportation

Under the establishment of an intergovernmental agreement between Mongolia, China, and Russia, the three countries are going to conduct transportation tests through China’s Port of Tianjin, Ulaanbaatar, and Russia’s Ulan-Ude, from August 13 to 25. The Ministry of Roads and Transportation, National Transportation Center, and Mongol Teever Negdel are in charge of ensuring the preparation for the test. Freight from the Port of Tianjin will go through Erlian, Zamiin-Uud, Sainshand, Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, and Selenge stations before arriving in Ulan-Ude. Mongolia and Russia have joined the Convention on International Transport, while China is waiting for approval to join the convention.
