Lucky Paws NGO is set to organzize its “Who Let the Dogs Out” fundraising event at CUE+ Bar on November 30. The event aims to protect and rescue stray dogs. The organizers will talk about spaying and neutering at the event. Singer Tsoojoo and DJ Btr will perform at the event. Lucky Paws NGO advised visitors to bring old and unused cashmere clothing.
