The Ministry of Construction and the Construction Development Center reported that a consultative meeting of construction sector leaders will take place on April 18 at the Central Cultural Palace of the Mongolian Trade Union. The consultation is organized annually each April, when construction work intensifies across the country. The consultative meeting’s attendees are expected to address issues being faced in the construction sector and to discuss solutions. They will also focus on safety issues. Over 1,000 construction sector representatives are expected to take part in the consultation, and to become familiar with changes to the legal environment and ongoing projects. This year, the nation’s construction sector will celebrate its 90th anniversary.
